On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, directly by the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the grounds, except in winter. 200 m footpath to the house.
