Comfortable and bright as well as generous 3-room-apartment on the 2nd floor of our house, completely furnished, for 4 persons (with couch bed up to a maximum of 5 persons) with balcony to the south and balcony to the west side with a lot of afternoon and evening sun, two separate bedrooms with double bed, large living and dining room with completely equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee machine and water boiler) as well as separate shower/WC.
Included in the price are free WLAN and free use of the sauna as well as free parking in front of the house.
The following costs will be charged additionally on site:
- Final cleaning winter: CHF 140.00 all-inclusive / Summer: CHF 20.00 per night
- Visitor's tax (from 17 years of age): CHF 4.00 per person and night

Our cosy holiday apartments for self-catering are situated in the heart of the Samnaun valley, directly next to the valley run and only 5 minutes' walk from the valley station of the world's first double-decker cable car - your direct access to the surrounding mountain world and thus your ideal starting point for your summer and winter holidays.
Enjoy the majestic mountains, clear streams and flowering meadows in summer on one of the numerous hiking and biking tours. Or let yourself be enchanted in winter by a variety of winter sports activities in the largest ski arena in the eastern Alpine region. Switch off and enjoy your holiday to the full.
Shops, bars and restaurants can be reached comfortably on foot or with the free local bus. The public transport stops are each only about 150 metres from the house.
