The flat is located on the ground floor of a recently built (2006) two-family house. It is accessed directly, without stairs. Favourable exposure and a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
There is a convenient covered parking area, a communal enclosed area for leaving bicycles, skis and sledges, as well as a small courtyard for communal use.
The flat consists of:
- two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and the second with a French bed and a castle bed, sleeping a total of 6; there is a built-in wardrobe in both rooms
- a large living room with two sofas, which can also accommodate 2 additional people
- a bright and fully equipped kitchen
- a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet
- a second, smaller bathroom with toilet and washbasin
- a convenient storage room

A short walk from Chasina Bonavia you will find the post postbus stop, a grocery shop, bakery, dairy and butcher's shop. The main other services can be reached on foot in a couple of minutes.
From the flat, you can go directly, on foot or by bicycle, for nice hikes on the many trails in the region. The Scuol-Motta Naluns ski resort and the Scuol thermal SPA can be reached in less than ten minutes by car or by public transport (free of charge).
In winter, Sent offers a small ski-lift for children and an outdoor skating piste, while in summer a playground, an artificial football field and a beach volleyball area keep young and old entertained.
