Coffee machine, raclette set, fondue set, toaster and egg cooker. Large spacious reception with large sofa. A wood-burning stove provides for a cosy winter evenings. Dining table seating 6 and own terrace with lounge. On the 1st floor two further bedrooms. One large bright room with double bed 180x200cm, sofa, double wardrobe and a small bedroom with two beds 90x200cm as well as a very modern bathroom with large glazed shower, h/w basin and WC.

Beautiful 300 year old chalet in the local Walser style, lovingly restored in 2010 in the traditional style. Idyllic location in the centre of the village of Fanas at an altitude of 900m, comfortably furnished, surrounded by 1000sqm of lawns and trees. Bordering on to a peaceful rural zone, completely quiet with panoramic views. The village Fanas with 400 inhabitants is situated on a sunny, south-facing wind- and fog free plateau below the Sassauna massif (2307m). A grocery store (Volg) and a selection of restaurants are found in the village. Washing machine/dryer, bed linen, duvets, hand- and bath towels are available.

In the summer season Fanas ist he starting point for wonderful walks. The cable car is operational all year round and takes you up to Maiensäss Eggli (1700m) within 13 minutes where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the terrace of the mountain restaurant Sassauna. The family friendly skiing resort of Grüsch-Danusa is 5 minutes away by car and provides wonderful winter holidays for skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, tobogganing, snow shoeing and touring.

The property provides a 1.5 room appartment with kitchen(ideal for 2-4 person) and the main house (for up to 8 person) with kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom in the attic.

The two living spaces are interconnected but can be rented in the following comination. The small and bright appartment (47sqm) with double bed, bathroom, and convertible sofa/bed can be rented  together with the large living kitchen providing seating for 10. The 7m glazed front of the 1.5 room appartment provides panoramic views with access onto your own garden terrace. If required, more space can be added including the reception with wood-burning stove, a large double bedroom and a smaller double bedroom on the 1st floor with separate bathroom. Either arrangment, the space is always rented to only one party at any one time.
