The charming holiday home is located in Churwalden in a quiet, well-developed location and is ideal for families and active vacationers. The whole house is made of wood and offers space for 8 people and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The kitchen - of course with oven, coffee maker ec. There is also a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings.
The gondola and chairlifts in the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski, hiking and biking area can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or by bike in five minutes in summer. A parking lot is located directly in front of the house.
Living room
The house has a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet and 5 bedrooms for 8 people. The holiday accommodation has one parking space at the house. The rest of the cars have to use the public parking lots in Churwalden.
The final cleaning is included in the rental price. You can rent bed linen and towels from us. Cost: CHF 30 per person. The visitor's tax will be billed separately.
