It is located on the ground floor of a residence at the entrance of the village of Evolène, on the Sion side. 6 minutes walk from the centre. Access by car summer-winter. 1 parking space in the residence's shared open car park. Bus stop at 50m.
Description : Entrance hall. Nice living room with a double sofa bed (2 x 80/190 beds), open plan well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and exit to the terrace and garden. On the lower floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90/200), also with an exit to a second terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Cable TV and WIFI. Central heating. Shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, private ski locker.
Pets allowed on request and for an extra charge.
