Below La Tzoumaz, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 2.8 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'380 m2, large, well-kept garden, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, boules. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house, single garage. Grocery 2.8 km, restaurant 2.8 km, 30 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 500 m, indoor swimming pool 2.8 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de Saillon" 15 km.
