Detached 6 room chalet (190sqm), built in 2009. Located in a calm and sunny area with a beautiful view of the Rinderberg and the Simmental. Ideal starting point for hiking. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of Zweisimmen and about 15 minutes to the cable car station Rinderberg. Balcony, terrace, garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. 3 outdoor parking spaces are available. Note: approx. 200m, next to the chalet is a new construction of the neighbouring house. Therefore it might be possible that there will be occasionally some construction noise during the day.
