Description of the holiday rental

The high light-filled 2 ½ room apartment for 1-4 person is located in the Chesa Tach. It is a stately farmhouse in a sunny spot located in the center of the village.  Some beams on the upper floor were dated to 1560. In the years 2014-2018, the entire house was completely renovated and upgraded, by using regional materials. In front of the house there is a large south-facing garden and terrasse.
The top floor apartment can be reached through the vaulted celler and a wide, historic staircase. The spacious apartment has four modern dormer windows and two traditional windows that reveal the view of the mountains, and the interesting historic neighboring houses.
The apartment has a high, well-lit corridor, from which the larch doors open to the left and right into the bedroom and bathroom. The view straight ahead leads into the large living room. The generous room height, around 4 m in the ridge, gives a clear view of the special roof construction. On one side is the new kitchen with a stone cover and a large dining table. On the other side is a fireplace, a sofa with two quality mattresses and comfortable wicker armchairs and a chest of drawers. The bedroom has two single beds, and a small wardrobe. The bathroom has a large Serpentine shower, a washbasin, a toilet niche and a small storage room.
Duvets and pillows as well as the lower beds are made of wool. The WiFi is switched off at night for a good night's sleep.
The barn has space for bikes, skis and firewood. There is a parking lot in front of the house.
In the immediate vicinity there is a lot to discover: the quiet, old village center with its church, the Val Bever, as well as the renatured river Inn with its meadows. A grocery store, restaurants, bus and train station, as well as a large playground can be reached in 300-500m. The cross-country ski run, the hiking trail and the bike trails pass by the house.
Bever is easily accessible by train and there is a very well-developed public transport network in the valley.
