Charming attic studio of 29m2, comfortable for 3 persons (max. 4), on the second and last floor of a residence located at the entrance of the village of Evolène, direction Sion.
6 minutes walk from the centre. Access by car in summer and winter. Private parking space in the residence's common car park.
Description : Entrance hall with kitchenette and storage space. Living room with 1 double sofa bed (160/190), exit to the balcony. Bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Mezzanine (steep stairs) with 2 single beds (90x190) and storage space.
Equipment and miscellaneous: Cable TV, Radio-CD and DVD. Shared laundry room. Ski cage. NO WIFI.
Bedding: 4 pillows (60/60), 1 duvet (200/210), 1 duvet (160/210), 1 light duvet (120/180).
IMPORTANT: construction is underway next to the Residence and noise is possible during working hours
