Close to the shops. 4 minutes walk from the centre. Access by car in summer and winter. Common parking in front of the residence.
Description: Entrance hall, living room with sofa bed, open kitchen area, small dining area. 1 bedroom with 1 double boxspring bed (2x80/200). 1 bathroom entirely renovated in 2015 with Italian shower, washbasin and WC. 1 balcony to the south and 1 balcony to the west.
Non-smoking flat. Pets allowed on prior request and for an extra charge.
