Description of the holiday rental

The flat (45 m2 surface, floor-heating) has an own entrance, a garden-terrace nice furnished (table, chairs, deck chairs, charcoal barbeque, parasols). The big garden invites you to stay and recover under the trees surrounded with many flowers. By the entrance we have a garden-bench, a box with the things to take a barbeque.

The furnishing is very comfortable. In the living-room is a couch-bed, TV/DVD, Radio-CD, W-Lan/WiFi-access, table, games, informations from this holliday-area and a exit-door to the garden-terrace.

In the bed-room is a double-bed (2x90x200m) and a wardrobe.

The bathroom have a shower, toilet, washbasin, hair-dryer, a heater for towels. We also provide you with towels for the shower and the bath, bathrobes, for the ground-base is it toilet-paper, Kleenex, soap, cleaners a vacuum cleaner.

Also the kitchen is furnished perfectly with: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker, tea-maker, steamer, toaster, fondue-/raclette. Enough crockery and dishes is it. Salt, pepper, spices, cleaners, sponges, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar are existing for the ground-base. Very quiet and sunny situated, straight next to the valley station of the mountain cableway Motta Naluns (only 80m/2 minutes to go) and the railway and bus station. Perfect to go a skiing, hiking or with the bikes. The house have 1 apartment of 2,5 rooms and 1 Studio (1 room-flat). Whenever possible we offer the transfer to the station.

The 2,5-room-flat is at the south side of the house (non-smoker, no dogs, 4-stars) with a wonderful view, a big garden terrace with lounge chairs and grill.

The studio-flat (non-smoker, no dogs) is on the westside and have also a garden-terrace with barbeque and longchairs.
