Apartment:
Quiet, bright, well-equipped and continuously modernised apartment on the top floor/attic. Wonderful far-reaching views over Surlej into the valley to the south-west (Lake Silvaplana) with beautiful sunsets. Apartment on two levels: Downstairs entrance area with cloakroom and plenty of space for jackets, shoes, ski helmets etc. Adjacent open-plan white kitchen with granite worktop, built-in appliances (induction hob, extractor fan, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment), lots of cooking utensils, crockery and appliances (electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso capsule machine). Open-plan living/dining area cosily furnished with oak furniture, couch, armchairs. Flat screen TV (cable) and internet (WLAN, free). Separate bedroom with double bed (2 mattresses each 200 x 90 cm), chest of drawers, wardrobe, seating and window view to the north (forest with stream). Separate modern bathroom with WC, bathtub, towel radiator, large mirror cabinet and hairdryer. Access to the spacious upper level (gallery, open to the living room) via a spiral staircase from the living room. There is another double bed (2 mattresses, 200 x 90 cm each), wardrobe and cosy seating. Separate modern bathroom with WC, shower, towel radiator, large mirror cabinet and hairdryer. Apartment is ideal for families, small children restricted due to open staircase.


Residence:
The apartment is located on the 5th floor of house 5 of the "Residenza Chesa Margun" with a total of seven apartment buildings on an elevated, sunny slope on the outskirts of Surlej. Quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, neighbouring forest. Access to house 5 either via the inner courtyard or directly from the garage (max. height 198 cm), each with stairs (not barrier-free). In house 5 lift to 5th floor. In the complex for shared use: sunbathing lawn, small children's playground, storage room for bicycles, ski room, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (for a fee). Charging station for electric cars in garage (for a fee). Restaurant/Pizzeria.

Within walking distance of Corvatsch Cristins ski lift with ski school (200 m), cross-country ski trails (300 m), hiking trails (200 m), Lake Silvaplana (900 m), Engadinbus stop "Surlej Parkplatz" (250 m), free local bus Silvaplana stop "Chesa Surlej" (100 m). The Residenza Chesa Margun is located approx. 200 metres below the Corvatsch valley station, which can be easily reached by the free local bus or the Cristins ski lift. Friday evenings: skiing on the Corvatsch Snownight (floodlit piste).
Nearest shopping facilities (supermarket and bakery) in Silvaplana 1.5 km. Seasonal bakery in Surlej 250 m. Ski hire/bike hire/sports shop 100 m. Sports centre Mulets Silvaplana with windsurfing, kitesurfing, tennis (summer) and ice rink, curling rink (winter) 1.8 km. OVAVERA St. Moritz-Bad swimming pool 6 km.
