Description of the holiday rental

2 room flat with balcony to be completed in 2022. Large bedroom/living room, kitchen/living room, WC/shower, parking space in front of the house. The flat is intended for 2 persons, but has an additional wardrobe-cabinet-bed, which can be used for 2 children or lighter adults. The prices are for the flat (with 2 occupancy) including all taxes!
Included in the flat are washing machine, dryer, internet(wifi), TV, kitchen with kettle, multi-purpose creek oven, fridge with freezer compartment, and kitchen towels. There is a table and chairs on the balcony.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony and pets are not allowed. In the former farmhouse in Susch there are 4 flats, one of which is a brand new holiday flat. From the Thom house you can reach the railway station or the Muzeum Susch or the village shop in 5 minutes on foot. It is a 10-minute walk to the cross-country skiing trails or hiking paths. The house also has a large garden on the other side of the road, directly on the Inn.
The village of Susch has about 200 inhabitants and is very easy to reach and centrally located between the Flüela Pass and Vereinatunel in the Lower Engadine, but still in the middle of nature and quiet.
