1st floor: 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed, 1 bedroom with access to the loggia, 1 bedroom with exit to the balcony and loggia, 1 bedroom with exit to the balcony, 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, 1 shower room and separate toilet with washbasin.

Attic: hall with washbasin, large dormitory with direct access to the balcony, 1 bedroom, shower room with bath and WC.

2 outside parking spaces. Garden, oil heating.

Final cleaning included in the price. Linen optional. NO SMOKING. ANIMALS NOT ALLOWED.
