Spacious 3 1/2-room apartment on the ground floor (no thresholds, no steps).
Outdoor seating with small green area, sunny in the afternoon

• 2 double bedrooms (each with 2 beds, pushed together), bed contents on request also for allergy sufferers
• 2 wet rooms (1x bathtub, 1x shower)
• fully equipped kitchen (plus microwave, kettle, filter coffee and/or capsule coffeemachine, mocha), additional kitchen utensils optional (blender, fondue/raclette oven)
• in the basement washing machine/tumbler, use for a fee
• Storage room for sports equipment
• Underground parking space for cars or outdoor parking

The apartment house was built in 1995 in the Engadine style and is located in the village center of Celerina . Due to the central location, all sports, leisure and shopping facilities as well as public transport (bus, train, gondola) are easily accessible on foot.
