Located on the first floor of the Residence, the flat offers

  • a comfortable, well-equipped open-space kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, electric hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer compartment and coffee machine
    (fondue, chinoise, raclette sets are available on request)
  • a bright living room with a sunny balcony and a view of the mountains and the magnificent valley crossed by the river Inn. The sofa converts into a comfortable bed, ideal for a third guest
  • The comfortable and complete functional bathroom (with bidet and hairdryer) can have either a bathtub or shower
  • The warm and cosy bedroom has two single beds
On the doorstep are several paths for magnificent walks, cycling or cross-country skiing. The ski lifts of the enchanting Engadin ski slopes are just a few kilometres from the Residence. For a warm pampering after a cold sports day there is a small sauna in the Residence. A covered parking space in the garage is available for each Apartment.  The communal laundry room is available to guests with washing machines, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The Residence also has a common room for storing skis and boots. Madulain, a small village in the Upper Engadin, enchants with its charming Engadin houses and an unforgettable view of the majestic Engadin mountains.
