1-room apartment 28 m2 on 4th floor: living/dining room with 2 fold-away beds, satellite-TV and radio. Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven). Shower/WC. Balcony, east facing position. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Apartment block "Promenade (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, in a quiet position. In the house: lounge, Wireless LAN , table-tennis, kiosk, lift, ski storage, washing machine (for shared use). Parking by the house, communal covered parking. Shop 500 m. Mountain lift 500 m. Home food delivery service possible. Beautiful hiking paths directly from the house. Free parking in summer, CHF 21/week in winter. Garage space CHF 21/week in summer, CHF 70/week in winter. For a reservation, contact the homeowner. Functionally furnished apartments with satellite-TV included in the rent (except type 10 and 12: CHF 40/week). Double rooms and 1-room apartments can be booked together instead of 2-room apartments. There is Internet access (Wi-Fi) in the lounge. Ski passes available at the reception. For bookings of less than 6 nights, cleaning and linen have to be paid locally. Linen: CHF 25 /person, cleaning: 1-room apartment CHF 50- 70, 2-room apartment CHF 90.
