In summer: communal garden with relax furniture.
Shopping facilities, bus + train stops, doctor, post office, tourist office and gondolaMarguns/Corviglia/Piz Nair are within walkingdistance. Ski shuttle bus stopnearby. Also theentrance to the widely branched cross-countryski trail network and the ice rink are in theimmediate vicinity.
Grander water all over the house. On the facade of the house precious sgrafitti(decorative art) by the decorative painter Kaspar Donatsch (Belle Epoque). Landlady lives in the same house, so she can also lend you free fondue caquelon, raclette oven, mixer etc.
