Terrace 17 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 10, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.
