Description of the holiday rental
Three bedrooms with king- and queen-size beds, four-season anti-allergenic pillows and duvets, starched white bed linen. Three wet-rooms and guest WC. Master en-suite bathroom, one guest shower 1x1m, separate guest WC, one further shower in ths sauna room.
Fully equipped, wood panelled open kitchen with corner bench and table, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave with grill, breadmaker, juicer, toaster, kettle, hand mixer, espresso machine, milk frother, fondue set, kitchen scales etc.
Generous reception area with settee and table, large dining table seating 8, wood-burning stove, flat screen TV and DVD. Laundry with washing machine/dryer and drying rack. Sauna with shower and heated towel rail.
Further conveniences: Two towel rails, two hair dryers, one cosmetic mirror, under-floor heating, mostly dimmable lighting. Garden furniture, BBQ, reindeer- and sheep skins, games, kids paint utensils, free parking when available at the cable car middle station.
Romantic 5*-no-smoking chalet in the sking and hiking resort of Gruesch-Danusa, situated directly below the middle station of the cable car next to the piste. Stylishly furnished with every comfort. Three bedrooms with three wet-rooms on two floors. Two balconies and two outside seating areas, terrasse, BBQ, garden furniture. Three iPhone docking stations, two covered parking spaces free of charge. Kitchen towels, bed linnen, 1 set of towels per person included in rental.
Deposit of CHF 300 in cash or creditcard on arrival which will be returned subject to damage free handover at the end of the stay.
Cash payments for used electricity: 0.24 Rappen/kwh
Cash payments for used water: 0.90 Rappen/cbm
Extra charges if needed: Two additional folding beds for children (CHF 20.- per bed/wk), pets are welcome TBC prior to arrival (CHF 25.00 per pet/wk), Wifi CHF 7.50/day, bath robes on request. Bookings for up to 8 persons (6 adults and two children up to 6 yrs) TBC prior to arrival.
