Individually designed sunny studio with open, well-stocked kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor fan, comb. oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and Dolce Gusto incl. reusable capsule to fill. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Fold-out cupboard bed with full-length mattress 160x200 and wardrobe. Sofa, club table, modern TV system, free high-speed WLAN, open fireplace. Bench and wardrobe in the hallway. Bathroom with washbasin, WC and shower with rain shower. Non-smoking flat.
Sauna, washing machine and dryer in the house (coin-operated). Ski room in the house. Free use of the apartment complex's own indoor swimming pool (access via house Laret 7 through underground car park, only a few metres). Own car parking space in underground car park.
