In winter you can ski till the entree of the house. The apartment has a sunny terrace with spectacular views on one of the most beautiful Swiss mountain landscapes. Casa Lumnezia is situated next to the listed and protected church of the authentic mountain village of Vignogn (1241m), in the midst of ,Val Lumnezia '. The so-called ‘Valley of Lights´ has thanks to its north-south orientation and its openness a very mild Mediterranean (summer) climate. In summer, the mountain lake "Davos Muntz Badesee" is only 1 KM away by foot, where adults and children enjoy sun bathing and mountain relaxing. The calm, authentic landscapes and townscapes owes the valley due to the lack of traffic. Due to the north-south positioning, the “Valley of Lights” is known for its soft and sunny (blue sky) climate. The valley is less touristic than other Swiss mountain areas as it lacks transit traffic. The local Swiss call it therefore often the area for "small but exquisite tourism ("Das kleine aber feine Tourismus"). Those who value exquisite but family-friendly summer and winter sports facilities, will find their holiday paradise here. An underground parking spot is available and included in the rental price.
