Chalet Gemini

Chalet Gemini is a luxurious independent three storey chalet with 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, close to the Matterhorn Express lift station and 4 minute walk from the church square.

Tucked against a beautiful hillside, the numerous balconies and large terrace give you bird´s eye views of the village and the surrounding mountains, encompassing all 3 of Zermatt´s ski areas. The sun baths the chalet as soon as it emerges.

On the ground floor the chalet features an entrance hallway that opens onto a living room with a wood fire, satellite TV/DVD and music system, open plan dining area with separate kitchen.
You can access the terrace through French windows. There the chalet enjoys the use of its own unique private outdoor hot-tub.

There is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and a guest W/C.

Four bedrooms can be configured with double or twin beds whereas the fifth one has a fixed queen size bed. One bathroom is equipped with a hydro massage bath, shower and separate toilet, 3 bathroom have a bath with hand-held showers and separate W/Cs. The fifth bathroom has a sink and W/C; the large rain-shower of the wellness area is available one floor below.

With geothermal heating to reduce the chalet´s carbon foot-print as much as possible.

Pets on request. Chalet Gemini is a luxurious freestanding three storey chalet with 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The Chalet has a sauna, wellness area and heated outdoor hot-tub with beautiful mountain views.

Its location provides the best of both worlds: spectacular views and easy access. 200m from the Matterhorn Express base lift station and resort run there is a street level tunnel which leads you to a lift (elevator) built inside the mountain, from the top of which there is a gentle 2 minute walk to the property and an exterior stairway. The chalet comes with an electro wagon and stair-lift which our staff will use to move your luggage and shopping as required.

Guests can leave theirs skis and boots in the tunnel´s ski-room. The entrance to the tunnel is 200 metres from the end of the ski runs beneath the Matterhorn Express lift station, just a 4 minute walk from the church square.
