Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Girun is situated in the most beautiful panoramic location in the quarter Chaunt da Crusch at the end of the building zone direction Madulain. In the Che¬sa Gi¬run there are five apartments in total. The apartments include a parking space in the building's own underground car park. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Gi¬run. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Girun has a double bedroom, a single room, two bathrooms, a living/dining room with a small balcony and a separate kitchen. One bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, the other with shower, washbasin and toilet. From the balcony there is an incomparable view over the valley floor to La Margna.
Appointments: The apartment is in very neat condition. In the living room a parquet floor has been laid, the bedrooms are furnished with carpets, and for the wet rooms, ceramic tiles have been used. The roof construction is visible in natural ficht the apartment. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room a single bed, which is also suitable for adults. The spacious kitchen, which has a glass ceramic cooking area with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, has the typical wooden fronts. A small fireplace in the living room provides for cosiness besides the partly antique furniture of the living room. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free W-Lan.
