Sunny, renovated 3½ room apartment in a quiet location directly next to the ski school.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Murtiröl is situated in a beautiful panoramic location above the old village centre, directly next to the children's ski school and the ski lift. The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago. The Che¬sa Murtiröl has a total of five apartments. A single garage belongs to the apartment, which is also used to store sports equipment. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Murtiröl. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in Chesa Murtiröl has a double bedroom, a child's room with three beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living/dining room with open kitchen and a small balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a double sink.
Facilities: The apartment was completely renovated a few years ago. In the whole flat a parquet floor in larch was laid, which harmonizes very beautifully with the numerous existing Arvenholz cupboards. In the bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room a single bed and a bunk bed, which is not suitable for adults. The extremely spacious kitchen, which has a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine, has also been completely renovated. It is separated from the dining area by a cooking island. The bathroom is also completely new. The fireplace in the living room provides for cosiness. The panoramic window in the living room opens the view over the village of Zuoz and into the opposite mountain range, in winter also to the ski slopes of Zuoz. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and free W-Lan.
