Im Keller/Heizung steht eine Waschmaschine zu Verfügung. Dort befindet sich auch das Ski- und Schuhdepot. Kabelfernsehen sowohl in der Stube als auch im Schlafzimmer. Der WLAN-Empfang ist im ganzen Haus gut. Vor dem Haus hat es einen Parkplatz, Weitere in der Nähe.
