Description of the holiday rental
Apartment We rent our spacious 2 1/2 room apartment ( 65 m2 ) on the second floor of "Casa Portofino". It consists of a living/dining room with 2 wall folding beds. From the living room there is an exit to the balcony, west facing. WLAN, cable TV and radio are available. Also from the double room (with closet) you can get to the balcony. The kitchen with granite top has 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and microwave. Spacious bathroom with floor-level shower/WC. Terrace furniture is available. In the house: elevator, central heating, washing machine and tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). There is a parking space reserved for your car in the underground garage. Vacation complex Sole Ticino The beautiful and well-kept complex "Sole del Ticino" consists of three houses. The park is separated from the lake shore only by the pedestrian promenade. Our apartment is located in the 3-storey apartment house "Casa Portofino" below Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the lake. Tennis: The tennis court of the Brissago Tennis Club is open all year round and is located about 150 m from our apartment. (Reservation through the Ente Turistico, via Leoncavallo, 6614 Brissago). Parking spaces, communal garage. Grocery, bakery, restaurant and bus stop are about 120 m away. In the village you will also find the Lido, public bathing complex with a giant slide (75m) and heated swimming pool. Rocky beach 50 m. In the nearby boat harbor there is a possibility to rent a motor boat. Anchorage 100 m. Activities for the young at heart are nearby: Golf in Ascona, mini golf, go carts in Locarno, markets in Italy, wakeboarding and much more.
