This charming 1-bedroom vacation studio is located in Mollis, Glarnerland, 45 minutes from Zurich, close to the Walensee region. Within a few minutes drive from the studio you can reach the various leisure activities, hiking and winter sports areas in Glarnerland, Heidiland and Amden-Weesen. The studio is the ideal starting point for a varied and diverse vacation program. A private parking space, as well as a private roof terrace overlooking the Alps, a complete and high-quality equipped VIPP kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven with stove, a large fridge, an espresso machine, a double bed with linen sheets, a rain shower, complimentary natural soaps and shampoo from Soeder, and a shared garden with barbecue bowl are just a few amenities waiting for you!

We live in the same house, but the studio is on a separate floor with a separate entrance (top floor, street level, no stairs), and only the garden is shared (lowest floor). The garden is used only by you and us and is accessible by stairs.

It's the perfect spot for various little one-day excursions in the area.

In summer there are beautiful mountain roads for road trips, crystal clear lakes to swim or stunning mountains to hike.

In winter there are multiple options for skitouring or ski resorts nearby you can choose from. There is a swim and spa place just 5 minutes from the apartment which also hosts an indoor boulder & climbing hall.

Among other things, we even have a small fine selection of wine, liquor, non-alcoholic drinks, chocolate, and snacks ready for you (at an extra charge). There is NO TV set, but there is WIFI to cover all your WIFI needs and a small selection of German and English reads, wool finches, linen bag, shopping basket, umbrellas, laptop stand, Apple MagicMouse, Apple MagicKeyboard, Sissel Ergo pillow, hair dryer, yoga mat, and yoga blocks.

Two vintage racing bikes incl. basket, lock and bike lights for free use during your stay (only seasonally available, at your own risk and liability).

There will be a quick in-between-cleaning after every seven nights of your stay if you stay at least 14 nights. The cleaning will happen at no cost; at the same time, we will do refills and add new textiles (towels) if necessary. Bed linen will be changed in every second cycle too.

Bring backpacks and good shoes to be prepared for some epic hikes, your swimming suit for a dive in the beautiful lakes around here (we have beach towels for you), or in the nearby indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities, or warm clothes in wintertime, and even your skis! There are hiking maps and books in the studio waiting for you. On our website and Insta, you will find few local favorites as well of ours!

The studio is the perfect stay for one or two adults - the studio is not suitable for children, pets, or more than two adults.
