The cosy house "Rustico" is situated in the old part of the village. It is accessible within 7 minutes walking distance from the bus-station or two minutes from the the car-parking. Shopping in Maggia: COOP, Migros, pharmacy, bank, tourist office, doctor. The house has e kitchen with sitting-room, e shower-room, e bedroom with WC, en attic room. Only floor has e balcony. Kitchen: fire-place, build-in-kitchen, cupboard with dishes, refrigerator, table, chairs, bed-couch, telephone, radio-CD-player. Shower-room: Shower, WC, lavabo. Outside staircase to the bedroom: three beds, e wardrobe, two chests of drawer, e table with chairs. WC. Attic-room: two armchairs, little table. Basement-room: washing-machine, weel-barrow. Terrace: table and benches in granite. Small terrace. Shed: with firewood, deck chairs, grill.
