Description of the holiday rental

The 3.5-room ground-floor flat is located in a natural and quiet environment and was completely renovated in early 2024. The flat is ideal for up to four people. Sleeping arrangements and amenities are designed to comfortably accommodate parties of up to eight individuals, with a maximum of six adults.

Nestled within 63 m2, this charmingly appointed flat features a luminous living room including a cozy sofa, a delightful window seat, and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen, including a stylish kitchen island, seamlessly blends into the space. Two inviting bedrooms offer restful retreats, while a conveniently equipped bathroom (bathtub with shower, hairdryer etc.) adds to the comfort. Additionally, a sunny seating area awaits, offering both afternoon and evening sun, and leads seamlessly on to a meadow, perfect for relaxation or play.

The flat caters exceptionally well to families, offering a range of amenities such as toddler toys, a travel cot with a comfortable mattress, a high chair for mealtime convenience, and a toddler bed guard to ensure safety. Additionally, there is an abundance of board games and outdoor activities to keep everyone entertained. For effortless entertainment, guests can enjoy the flatscreen TV equipped with integrated Chromecast support, allowing seamless streaming of series and apps directly from their own tablet or smartphone.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a spacious fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, milk frother and fondue and raclette set.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180cm wide, two single mattresses)
- Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160cm wide, two single mattresses) and a play sofa on the gallery, which can be converted into a bed (160cm wide with a standard length of 200cm). The two single mattresses can also be used on the gallery as a bed if required (children love it!).
- The sofa in the living room can be converted into another sleeping area (160cm wide with a standard length of 200cm).

A dedicated ski room is available within the premises for your convenience. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. An outdoor car park is included in the offer. Additional parking spaces upon request.

Trin-Mulin is the perfect starting point for various leisure activities and tourist attractions in the Surselva region (including the Flims-Laax-Falera skiing, hiking, and biking area as well as countless other offers for families and business enthusiasts), Viamala (including the Viamala Gorge, castles & palaces), Imboden (including Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta, Rhine Gorge). The cross-country ski trail is within a short walking distance. The Flims mountain railway station can be reached by post bus or car in just eight minutes. Chur can be reached in just 32 or 16 minutes. It is a short five-minute walk from the house to the public bus service “Postauto” stop.. The public transportation operates frequently and reliably which makes it highly convenient.

In the centre of Trin-Mulin there is a village shop (Volg) with fresh produce and all the essentials for daily needs, as well as generous opening hours. Flims has further shopping facilities and a large retailer (Coop). One of the best rated restaurants in the region is also within a short walking distance and there is also the possibility of food deliveries from Flims or Domat-Ems.
