Terrace, lawn for sunbathing, patio, meadow area around, ideal for children and for relaxing. Private parking (access road just possible if there is no snow).
Ski slopes and ski school can be reached on foot in about 5-10 minutes. On the Alp Raguta there is a natural ice rink (only open with good weather), which can be reached by chair lift.
