Cosy 4½ room attic apartment in a quiet location with indoor pool and sauna in the house.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Funtanella is located in the quarter Fun-tau¬na in Madulain in a quiet, sunny location. The apartment is south facing. The train station is within walking distance to the house. A reserved parking space belongs to the apartment. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Funtanella. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The properties in the Funtau¬na quarter are connected to each other by a common parking hall. Together they have a renovated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which are available to all residents. The indoor pool is open during the day in the Saison.
Room layout: The apartment at Chesa Funtanella has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining room and a separate kitchen with storage room. The master bedroom has a double bed. The larger children's room is furnished with two single beds, while the smaller children's room has a single bed. The living/dining room with fireplace is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a large dining table with corner seat. In the larger bathroom there is a bathtub. The smaller bathroom has a shower under the roof slope, which is not suitable for very tall people.
Amenities and facilities: The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with modern comforts. The floors in the living rooms and bedrooms are covered with fitted carpet. In the corridor, the wet cells and in the kitchen stone slabs were inserted. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
