Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Garage (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Cosy, comfortable apartment house 1'050 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 2010. In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the lake, 500 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars), communal covered parking at the house.
