The house is located in a position with a beautiful view near the village of Nante at 1400 metres above sea level. It can be reached directly by car in 10 minutes after the Airolo exit and has its own parking spaces. Four bedrooms, a large living room with fireplace, two toilets, with bath and shower, make it an ideal opportunity for one or two families. Children can play outside without danger. There is also a sandpit for children directly in front of the house. Guests have the opportunity to hike in the beautiful surroundings of Val Bedretto and the Leventina Valley. The region is also known for its cycling and mountain biking trails. In less than an hour's drive you can reach the most beautiful cities of Ticino such as Bellinzona, Ascona, Locarno and Lugano. The mountain destination of Andermatt is also 45 minutes away. The house is a great example under the architectural point of view.
