Bathroom with washbasin, bath, separate toilet with washbasin. Living room and bedroom with parquet flooring. Sitting area facing south. The in-house indoor swimming pool can be reached directly through the parking hall. A sauna is also available in the house and can be used for a small fee (coin-operated).
