The house is very quiet and sunny. The road that leads to the house ends two houses further on and from there is a hiking trail in summer and a toboggan run in winter. Two single garages and three outside parking lots belong to the house. There is no lift in the house. Pets are welcome at the Chesa Vallatscha. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Room layout: The Chesa Vallatscha has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, a large living/dining room with fireplace and tiled stove as well as a TV room on the upper floor. There is also an open gallery with two mattresses. Of course there is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. From the living room you can reach an extraordinarily large sun terrace, which invites you to linger. From the kitchen a second terrace leads to the large garden seating area behind the house, which is equipped with a garden cheminée and a wooden table with wooden benches. Equipment: All living rooms and bedrooms are carpeted, the kitchens and bathrooms are covered with ceramic tiles or natural stone. The master bedroom, which is equipped with a large double bed and its own TV set, has a private bathroom with shower and bathtub. The children's room with two single beds and the sleeping gallery share a second bathroom with bath. The TV set is in a separate room with sofa and armchair. The wooden table in the dining room is extendable. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with sufficient dishes and appliances. There is a glass-ceramic hob with a steam vent, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer with three drawers and a dishwasher for you to use. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine. Both television sets are operated by Swisscom-TV. W-LAN is available free of charge. Lots of space for families in great surroundings for summer and winter! A paradise for children and dogs!
