The apartment offers 2 separate bedrooms. A bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed is located just adjacent to the simple but functionally furnished kitchen on the 1st floor. Also on the 1st floor is the living room with a stove and cozy corner bench with a beautiful view of the Gafia Valley. The new bathroom with shower / WC (without daylight) is reached through the corridor. Through the same corridor you can also reach the 2nd floor through a somewhat steep staircase, where there is 1 more room with a double bed as well as a washbasin. The apartment has a separate entrance, which leads to an anteroom that can also be used as a storage room for winter sports equipment and bikes. It is heated with wood and electric stoves. Please note that when booking up to 3 people, the room on the 2nd floor is not accessible.
The family-friendly vacation apartment Zug is located on the farm of the Engel family, in a quiet location above the Walser village of St. Antönien. The apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the farmhouse and thus in the middle of everyday farm life. The farm can be reached by car all year round. Please note that depending on snow conditions snow chains are necessary or 4-WD is required. Post bus stop about 300 meters below. Shopping facilities, restaurants and a large playground with barbecue area can be found in the village center of St. Antönien, about 1.7 km away. Washing machine can be used on request. In spring, summer and autumn St. Antönien is an ideal starting point for hikes, climbing tours and via ferrata ascents (via ferrata Sulzfluh). Lake Partnun is also nearby, a rewarding destination for boat trips or fishing (patent required). In winter, ski and snowshoe tours to the countless peaks in the area are tempting. The small ski lift (with ski school) is well suited for skiing beginners.
