Location and general information: The Chesa Albanigna is situated in a beautiful panoramic location above the old village centre of Zuoz in the second upper row of houses. The apartment is located in the attic of a three-family house in an absolutely quiet and extraordinary sunny position and is in a very well-kept condition. To the apartment belongs an outside parking lot in front of the house. On the ground floor of the Chesa Albanigna there is a ski room and a laundry room for communal use. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Albanigna. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in Chesa Albanigna has a large double bedroom with an adjacent small bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a child's room, a second bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet, a comfortable living/dining room with a fireplace and a large, sunny balcony. An inviting kitchen-cum-living room rounds off the space on offer. All rooms have windows.
Equipment: The apartment was furnished in the typical Engadine style with light-coloured fitted carpets and Arven wood furniture in modern design. The bathrooms are lined with rustic tiles. In the master bedroom there is a double bed, in the children's room there are two single beds, which are also suitable for adults. In both bedrooms there are large cupboards with sufficient storage space. The living kitchen has recently been completely renovated. There is a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all the utensils you could possibly need for cooking and baking. The inviting, comfortable upholstered furniture in the living room and the large dining table in the dining area ensure a cosy atmosphere. From the windows in the living room you have a direct view of the ski slopes in winter and of the adjacent meadows and pastures in summer. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
