The apartment D3 has a parking space in the house's own garage. There is a lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Chesa Tschuetta. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Chesa Tschuetta has a communal barbecue area in the garden, which can be used by all residents. In the immediate vicinity of Chesa Tschuetta is the public car park, which can be used for parking other vehicles.
