You will immediately feel at home in the luxurious 3½-room penthouse flat for up to 4 people. The house is situated in a sunny location with breathtaking views, right in the heart of Arosa.
The dreamlike scenery from both sides of the flat will make you rave about Arosa. The large living room with windows overlooking the mountains lets you relax and unwind from everyday life. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and you will find your way around immediately. Warm up by the wood-burning stove and watch the snowflakes outside the window. The mountain panorama is also unique in summer, especially with the setting sun.
The two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, can be accessed directly from the two spacious bedrooms. A shower toilet in the bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.
A single garage is reserved for your car. The flat has a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use. The lift takes you directly to the flat.
The flat is not far from the shops, bakery, post office and restaurants. The train station, village centre and mountain railways are just a few steps away.
In summer and winter, Arosa offers an excellent infrastructure for sport, culture and leisure activities. Beautiful hiking trails and adventurous bike routes, the lido, the rope park and the 18-hole golf course await summer guests. In winter, skiers, snowboarders, cross-country skiers and all winter sports enthusiasts get their money's worth.
