Sun-drenched 2-room apartment with dreamlike view

Our 50sqm holiday apartment “Chasa Nana” is located on the 1st floor of the Albula B building. From the large balcony (wrapping around from east via south to west), you have a breathtaking view of nature, the mountain world, and the UNESCO route of the Rhaetian Railway. It is also wonderful to simply relax there. 

The generous windows in the “Chasa Nana” flood the rooms with daylight and enable you to enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain peaks. The interior is comfortably designed so that you feel at home immediately. 

The renovated and modernly furnished holiday apartment with one bedroom (double bed), one living room (with double bed sofa), a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet is ideal for relaxed holiday days in a bright and friendly atmosphere. In the basement, there are storage facilities for winter sports equipment and hiking gear. A private parking space is available upon request for a daily fee. Furthermore, various baby and children's items can be provided. The “Chasa Nana” is a non-smoking holiday apartment, and pets are not allowed. Moreover, the Albula B building is heated CO2 neutrally by the district heating Bergün. 

Facilities: Towels for indoor pool / Bergbadi, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, well-equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen linen, WiFi, radio and Swisscom TV, sled (sledge). Upon request, baby cot, extra bed, high chair, etc. (upon request).

The “Chasa Nana” is perfect for families, couples, or friends – experience the perfect mix of tranquility, village life, sports, and cultural events. We look forward to welcoming you. 

Possible occupancy 1-4 persons. Minimum stay 7 nights (shorter stays possible upon request).

Conditions / Extras

In addition to the rental price:

Bed linen and hand-/bath towels/kitchen linen per person: CHF 25.-- / flat rate

Accommodation taxes are included in the price.

Final cleaning of the apartment: CHF 110.--

Upon request, private parking - for a fee of CHF 8.-- per day  (can be booked directly or contact the landlady)

 

The Albula B building is located in a quiet area on a sun terrace above Bergün at the address Rievan Ot 23 in a quiet environment. Access to the house is on foot via a staircase of about 80 steps or via an access road around the “Bergbadi”. At the end of the road is the turning area, which is intended for unloading luggage. It is about 12 minutes from the train station to the holiday apartment.

The holiday apartment is located in the charming and lively village of Bergün, which enchants with its traditional charm and numerous leisure activities. Here you can enjoy nature to your heart's content. After hiking, take a refreshing dip in the “Bergbadi”, which is right next to the Albula B building. There is also the possibility to go skiing, use the cross-country ski trail, or sled down the famous sledding runs. Furthermore, the Alvaneu Bad Golf Club is only 15 minutes by car away. 

The shopping facilities (Volg and bakery) are about a 10-minute walk away. 

Bergün is in the center of the well-known holiday destinations such as St. Moritz, Pontresina, Lenzerheide, Davos, Savognin.
