Chalet Fridolin Nr. 186

The ground floor features an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a kitchen, a living room with a work area, a dining room, and a separate toilet. The kitchen includes an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a Nespresso and filter coffee machine. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and double sink, a room with a double bed, and a second room with six beds (dormitory). Additionally, a travel cot is available in the house. A washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer are available in the basement.

Chalet Fridolin is situated in a unique, quiet location in Braunwald-Schwettiberg, directly next to the Mattwald ski run and hiking trails at approximately 1,425 meters above sea level, very close to the Schwettiberg-Lädel, a small shop with a large selection. The chalet offers a double room and a dormitory with 6 single beds on the upper floor, as well as a bathroom with a double sink, shower, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a large wardrobe, a second toilet, the kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and freezer compartment, as well as a dishwasher, the dining area, and a living room with a seating area, 2 lounge chairs, and a work corner. From the living room, you can access a sunny, large balcony with a panoramic view and a large garden with a sun terrace and a covered seating area with a gas grill (summer). In the basement, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a freezer are available. In addition to a complete kitchen set-up for 8 people with raclette and fondue, there are also board games, two high chairs, diaper pails, potty and toilet seat insert, stair safety gates, bathroom stool, children's dishes and changing pad, as well as four Davos sleds, a Swisscom TV, and WiFi.

The chalet has a fully automatic, heat pump-based central heating system with thermostatically controlled radiators in all rooms. The heat pump also generates hot water. The bathroom also has an additional electric heater.

Rental

The chalet is rented from Saturday 3:00 PM to Saturday 12:00 PM (other rental times upon request, but at least one week).

• CHF 305.00 per night over Christmas/New Year

For rentals of two/three weeks, we offer a 7.5%/15% discount. The prices include electricity, water, and WiFi. Bed linen can be rented for CHF 15.00 per set and will be billed along with the final invoice, as will the tourist tax. Additionally, a parking space in the parking garage at the valley station of the Braunwaldbahn can be rented by us for CHF 60.00 per week including electricity from a 230 V / 16 A industrial socket for electric cars. Towels (except kitchen towels) must be brought along but can also be rented upon request and subject to availability for CHF 10.00 per set (shower towel and hand towel). The final cleaning must be done by yourself (cleaning materials and equipment are available).
