Due to its location on the sun terrace of Graubünden in the ski area Surselva, this apartment is attractive all year round, whether you want to ski/snowboard, go on tours or hike, play golf, relax with children at the lake or go mountain biking into the mountains. The post office and ski bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity. The shopping facilities in the village are within easy walking distance in a few minutes.
1 parking space (single garage) is available and included. The sockets in the garage and at the house may not be used for charging E-cars due to cable fire hazard and general electricity costs.
