The apartment is in a holiday house in a quiet, idyllic location with a beautiful view. Centrally situated, an excellent starting point for skiers and hikers. Bärgliwäg 22 is located above the village of Churwalden. There are two single-family houses built next to each other with a large carport and parking lot. From the house you have a very nice view of the valley and the mountains. Our direct vicinity to the house offers terraces and enough space to move to the neighboring properties. The Portalbahn and the Pradaschier ski lifts are 500 meters from the house and can also be reached on skis. Under the house is the ice rink for hockey, curling and ice skating, swimming pool, soccer field and other parking spaces. For shopping (Migros, Coop, bakery and meat trade) there is a 500 meter walk. There are good restaurants and medical practices nearby. The development is optimal.
