The 2.5-room apartment is located in Flims Oberdorf. Enjoy your holiday in this peacefully situated apartment with a breathtaking view of the Signina mountain range. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom was renovated in December 2021. The cozy living and dining room features a charming fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped. In the Collina garden village, there is a sauna (CHF 5.00 for 2 hours) that can be used. In the private basement storage, you can use the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Wi-Fi is available for free, and a parking space in the underground garage is reserved for you. The beds will be freshly made before your arrival, and hand, shower, and kitchen towels are provided. The final cleaning is included in the total price.
