Sunny and quiet, comfortable 2 room attic apartment with balcony and wonderful view to the mountains. The bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses, the living-dining room has a sitting area, a slate table for 4-5 persons, TV, internet, balcony, a separate bed and a large antique wooden chest. The separate modern and well-equipped kitchen has a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, oven etc. In the bathroom there is a WC, a shower bath and a washbasin. The living and sleeping area is furnished with a light wool carpet, in the kitchen, entrance and bathroom there is a panelled floor. A reserved parking space is in the underground garage, the outside parking space is available to all residents of the property. Ski and bicycle room included in the apartment rent. Pets are allowed. Shopping facilities and public transport are nearby and within walking distance. Also hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. A village with 700 inhabitants at the southern foot of the Albula Pass at 1700 m.a.s.l., away from the hustle and bustle but still in the heart of the Upper Engadine. A place with an attractive basic offer for the inhabitants and our guests from near and far. An ideal starting point for sports and cultural activities and events in the region. A lively, well preserved village. The Engadine farmhouses and patrician houses dating from the 16th and 17th centuries give the village a very special charm.
