Laax junbi house & living

Our approx. 65sqm holiday flat has the following sleeping facilities. A children's room with a bunk bed 90x200 and a small chest of drawers. In the bedroom there is a double bed 160x200 and a large wardrobe. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed. There is also a Loewe TV and a JBL Bluetooth speaker.
The cosy dining area with corner bench and large dining table is right next to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic hob as well as a small steamer and oven from V-Zug. A dishwasher is of course also installed. The kitchen offers plenty of worktop space and a large fridge with freezer compartment. The whole thing is rounded off with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster and kettle.
The bathroom features a spacious shower with rain shower. There is storage space under the washbasin in the mirror cabinet and above the WC. An illuminated make-up mirror and a hairdryer turn this bathroom into a small wellness centre.
The new linoleum floor is very robust and therefore very suitable for children and animals.
On the terrace there is a table (extendable) with 6 chairs and an electric barbecue. The two cosy garden chairs invite you to linger.

Village description: Laax Dorf is a beautiful village built around the Laaxersee. There are various restaurants around the lake. The grocery store in the village is very well equipped. Becker and butchers are opposite the Volg. The staff at the tourist information centre are very friendly and helpful.
