Chasa Perspectiva - Palantschin

Our PALANTSCHIN is a beautifully converted, rustic attic with 3 cosy multi-bed rooms and a large lounge/living room. The accommodation is located on the top floor of a newly renovated apartment building in the village centre of Lavin and is ideal for groups or 2-3 families up to a maximum of 16 people. Each room is variably designed with single beds and bunk beds, so that a double bed can also be set up in each room (see floor plan).

Between the main holiday periods we also rent out the accommodation at a cheaper rate of CHF 500 per week plus CHF 80 per person if there are fewer than 5 people. In addition to the main holiday periods, the accommodation can also be rented for weekends only at the basic rate of Fr.100/night plus Fr.10/person (with your own sleeping bag, plus 1xFr.15 with bed linen). Excursion possibilities: Lavin is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, fishing or kayaking on the Inn. The marvellous stretch of river from Lavin-Scuol is one of the most popular kayaking routes in Europe! The hiking and biking trails start right on the doorstep! For example, the newest part of the Swiss National Park, the beautiful Macun Lakes, can be hiked directly from the accommodation in just over three hours. The location is no less ideal in winter either. For example, a beautiful cross-country ski trail runs along the Inn and snowshoeing takes you along idyllic forest paths in just a few minutes. The nearest ski area is in Scuol and can be reached in about 20 minutes by car or train. The large ski areas of St. Moritz and Klosters/Davos can also be reached within 45-60 minutes.

Other living room equipment (living room 1): The large open-plan living room is very cosy and can also be used as a seminar room. The large dining table is also located in the living room.
The floor is larch parquet. There is also a projector and a permanently mounted roll screen (projector hire Fr.30/week incl. DVD player and TV reception).
From the living room you have direct access to the 55m2 terrace with a marvellous view!

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): The double bed can be set up as a single bed, double bed or 2 single beds.
It has open frames and 2 chairs each.

Other kitchen equipment (Kitchen1): The kitchen is practically equipped with cookware for a whole group. The large island offers additional work space for cooking with several people. The dining table is located in the living room right next to the open-plan kitchen.

Village description: Lavin is a small, friendly mountain village and offers a complete infrastructure.
