Each room has direct access to the balcony. The spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area is of course the center of the apartment and invites you to linger. The master bedroom is connected to a separate bathroom. In this apartment you have the sun as a constant light-flooding companion by your side. A beautiful swimming pool with sauna invites you to relax even on rainy days. Incidentally, the building was built by the famous architect Luigi Snozzi in his typical architectural style, with lots of glass and concrete, light and high ceilings, no steps and thresholds, (wheelchair accessible) practical and comfortable.
